At Faxbridge Veterinary McLaughlins, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, or if it is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

Please include your name, address, and order number when contacting us.

Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Conditions for Returns

• Products may be opened for inspection but must not have been used.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Items must be returned unused and in resalable condition. If an item is returned, used or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Due to regulatory and safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on:
